Commercial general contractor in Burlington — drywall, demolition and abatement.
Burlington splits cleanly into two kinds of job. South of the QEW it is office, service-road flex space and Brant Street retail — visible finishes, tight parking, neighbours who notice everything. North and east, around Appleby, Harvester and Mainway, it is industrial and warehouse: grade doors, dock aprons, and a tenant who cannot stop shipping while you work.
Drywall and framing, demolition and asbestos abatement are handled on the same contract. One contract, senior supervision on site, and one number to call when the schedule moves.
What we build in Burlington
Most Halton work that reaches us is a suite or a unit changing hands: a service-road office re-demised for two tenants instead of one, a warehouse office block stripped and reframed after a lease ends, a plaza unit taken back to shell and re-lined. The build itself is rarely the hard part — the plan turns on how the work is separated from the people still using the building and how material gets out without crossing their day.
- Office and flex buildings along the QEW and North Service Road corridor
- Industrial and warehouse units around Appleby Line, Harvester Road and Mainway
- Business-park suites in Burlington's employment lands north of the 403
- Plaza retail and Brant Street storefronts turning over between tenants
- Older Halton commercial stock where a survey has to be read before anything is opened
Crews are based at the Mississauga yard and run Burlington off the same QEW corridor as the rest of Halton, so a site walk usually happens within days and mobilisation does not carry travel into the price.

Burlington commercial flood and mould rebuild
The early-September storm put water into basements, ground floors and below-grade storage across Halton, and creek-side and low-lying pockets of Burlington took their share. We handle the stage after the water is out — stripping what is soaked, dealing with growth where it has started, and rebuilding the interior. Commercial and industrial property only.
See water damage restoration and flood rebuild and mould remediation and removal for what each covers.
Burlington questions
Do you actually take Burlington work?
Yes. The office and yard are in Mississauga, and Burlington sits at the far end of the same QEW run we already make for Oakville. Crews and equipment mobilise from that yard, so a site walk is usually a matter of days rather than weeks.
Can an Appleby or Harvester Road unit keep operating during the work?
Usually. The work area is hoarded and access controlled, haul routes are planned off shipping doors and staff paths, and loud or dusty stages move to hours the operation can absorb. What is realistic in a specific unit is settled at the walk with the landlord's rules on the table.
Do you handle the trades on the same contract, or subcontract them separately?
Drywall and framing, demolition and asbestos abatement are our own crews. Everything sits under one contract with senior supervision, so the handover from strip-out to rebuild is a scheduling decision rather than a gap between two companies.
How fast can we get a Burlington price?
Send drawings or a written scope. Most Burlington jobs also get a site walk first — existing conditions, building access and whether the tenant stays open move the number more than floor area does.
Do you handle commercial renovations in Burlington?
Yes — for commercial clients. As the general contractor we carry office, retail and industrial renovations and tenant fit-outs in Burlington, handling the demolition, asbestos abatement and drywall and framing on the same contract. We do not take residential renovations.
Can one Burlington contract cover abatement, demolition and the new walls?
Yes. We plan the abatement, strip-out and new framing and drywall as one sequence under one contract, with one site lead from our Mississauga base, so the unit is turned over on a single schedule.
