Office, retail and restaurant fit-outs delivered on landlord timelines.

Tenant fit-outs live and die on coordination — landlord rules, design intent, MEP coordination, finishing trades and a hard opening date. Sofisa handles all of it under one PM. We self-perform framing, drywall and finishing, which keeps your critical path on our schedule, not a subcontractor's. The result is a polished space that opens when you said it would.

Renovation & Restoration

Interior demolition is in our DNA. Engineered sequencing, dust and noise controls, certified abatement coordination and clean haul-off — all delivered under a documented site-specific safety plan. From a single-suite selective strip-out to a full floor cleared back to base-building shell, the space gets to the next phase on time, on budget, and without disturbing the neighbours.
