Commercial drywall — walls, ceilings, Type X

Walls to deck. Type X partitions where the rating calls for it. Regular, moisture-resistant, and abuse-resistant board where specified. T-bar ceilings and drywall ceilings. Kitchen renovation drywall. Washroom and breakroom interiors.

Occupied floors included. We hoard, run nights when the store or the office needs it, and keep dust on our side of the poly. Washroom and breakroom renovations in occupied stores are already in the book.

Steel stud framing for commercial interiors

Light-gauge steel where the spec wants steel. Wood where the spec wants wood. Interior framing for offices, kitchens, and washrooms. Walls, partitions, bulkheads, soffits. Ceiling-grid backing for T-bar. Door and window frames. Laid out, plumb, ready for drywall.
